Brooks Building Solutions is searching for a real A Player to be our HVAC Service/Sales Account Executive in Tallahasee FL. We have hired a third party recruiting firm To handle this important search.
This person will be responsible for maintaining longterm relationships with existing building owners facility managers property managers and building operators in the Tallahassee Florida communityto assist them with their Mechanical Electrical and Building Automation needs.
The right candidate will have the ability to work independently have a customer concern mentality and a history of setting and reaching HIGH goals.
This position requires prospecting. This consists of phone calls walkins strategically utilizingLinkedIn emails etc. If you are not willing to prospect for new opportunities not wait for the phone to ring ...Do Not Apply.
Expectations at Brooks Building Solutions are high and so are the rewards. This is probably the best Sales/Service position available in the Southeast. Your base pay will be $80000 your commission will more than double that. You will have a $700 month car allowance plus your gas is paid for. YourHealth Insurance is fantastic. Brooks has a great culture which is why they have very little turnover. For the right person this is where you will retire.
