OperatingknowledgeofRockwell&Vickershardnesstaste
Controllingtheoutgoingproductqualityonmetallurgicalaspects.
KnowledgeofsamplepreparationcheckingMicrostructure.EffectivecasedepthusingMicroHardnessTester.
InstallingtheVisualControlinalllaboratories.
EstablishingProcessControlsforCriticalProcessesandconductingLabTesting.
Takingcorrective&preventiveactiononnonconformities.
Carryingoutperiodicsupplierauditsanddevelopmentofsuppliers.
Implementationof5SandTPM.
Knowledge&Handlingprojectofproblemssolvingmethodby8D6M methodology
Monitoring&knowledgeofEndogasGeneratorTemperingAnnealingNormalizing
Expertisetohandlebothtemporaryandpermanentworker
DaytodaycalibrationofequipmentChecking&knowledgeofhardnesstesterlikeRockwellBrinell&Vickerhardnesstesters
maintainingdocumentanddatacontrolwithqualityrecord

AwarenessofqualityrequirementsofrawmaterialusedforHeattreatment&forgings
