Job Description

INTERNET SALES We are looking for a enthusiastic and energetic person to help with internet customers.

  • No Automotive Experience No problem! We will train you!
  • Were looking for hardworking individuals with experience in Call CentersCustomer Service Hospitality Restaurants!

Do you love working with new technologies and innovative products We are seeking energetic individuals to join our unique and fastpaced Internet Sales team.

In this role you will be the link between the buyer and their future vehicle. You will communicate effectively with customers through phone text email and social media channels along with establishing rapport and managing customer profiles.You will be provided a guidedsales processes and written scripts; in addition communicatewith team members through verbal and written communications.

  • We have an inhouse Training team dedicated to your success; offering online and instore training programs with our manufacturers.
  • Guaranteed pay for thefirst 90 days then will be paid commissions based on performance. Top Sales Associates earnings over $100K
  • Full Time Flexible Schedule with Rotating Weekend!
  • MondayFriday 8am 5pm and the rotating week will be Monday Tuesday Wednesday Friday10am 7pm and Saturday 85.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls and schedule sales appointments
  • Respond quickly to internet phone and live chat inquiries using email phone and live chat scripts and templates
  • Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
  • Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or noshow
  • Verify customer and vehicle information and sales needs.
  • Conduct 24hour reminder call for all sales appointments.
  • Display thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Skills / Requirements

  • Enthusiastic personality
  • Must be 18 or over in order to be covered by NMCs Automobile Insurance.
  • 12 years of previous call center or customer service experience preferred but not required
  • High School Diploma of GED preferred but not required
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Valid instate drivers license.
  • Professional personal appearance.
  • Communication skills: Ability to collaborate cooperate interpret communicate information that is not always straightforward.
  • Computer: Ability to efficiently use Microsoft Office Suite (Word Power Point and Intermediate Excel) manage files navigate network web and windows. Software: Ability to efficiently use in house software such as CRM.
