Content Editor/Writer Thought Leadership & DemandGeneration

Location: Pune

The Role:

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Content Editor/Writerto lead our content marketing efforts ensuring alignment with businessobjectives thought leadership and pipeline growth. Reporting to the VP Marketing & Growth this role is critical in shaping our brand voicemarket positioning and storytelling strategy while driving highqualitycontent that fuels demand generation.

As the Content Editor/Writer you will manage a social mediaexpert overseeing content strategy editorial excellence and multichannelcontent . Working closely with the Marketing team and Inside Salesyou will align content initiatives with gotomarket strategies ABM campaignsand integrated marketing efforts. You will also be responsible for additionalmarketing channels for Share of Voice amplification such as CommunityMarketing Influencer Marketing Affiliate Marketing Analyst Marketing andmore. The ideal candidate has a journalistic mindset a datadriven approach tocontent performance and a proven ability to create compelling highimpactnarratives that resonate with key stakeholders.

  • Craft and oversee content for multichannelcampaigns including whitepapers case studies blogs website content andsocial media.
  • Ensure SEOdriven content optimizationincreasing organic traffic and content discoverability.
  • Community influencer and affiliate engagement
  • Analyst relationships management and marketing
  • Social media content monitoring and editing
  • Support Inside Sales through personadrivencontent enabling ABM efforts and accelerating deal cycles.
  • Measure content impact with datadriveninsights continuously optimizing for engagement conversion and revenuecontribution.
  • Lead thought leadership efforts collaboratingwith executives and subject matter experts to create influential content.
  • Manage digital storytelling across platformsleveraging video infographics and emerging content formats for engagement.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 712 years of experience in content writingediting and content marketing preferably in Journalism or IT/ITeS.
  • Proven experience in managing content teamsensuring high editorial standards and strategic alignment.
  • Deep expertise in developing content strategiesthat drive lead generation brand positioning and ABM engagement.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with abackground in crafting highimpact thought leadership content.
  • Must be adept at using AIdriven content writingtools to create engaging platformspecific content at scale.
  • Should have experience in leveraging AI toolsfor content optimization trend analysis and strategy .
  • Handson experience with SEO website contentoptimization and digital content marketing.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation CRMplatforms and analytics tools to track content performance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management with theability to collaborate crossfunctionally with marketing sales and leadershipteams.
  • Datadriven approach to content marketing withexperience in tracking measuring and optimizing content ROI.
  • Passion for innovation and storytelling with akeen ability to adapt to emerging trends in digital content marketing.
