Job Description
Location: Pinetown South Africa

The Commercial Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing operations of the packaging company in Pinetown. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales marketing and business development within the packaging industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the packaging industry
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
- Present products and services to potential clients and partners
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities and threats
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Lead and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the packaging industry
- Strong understanding of market trends and competition
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
