Job Title: Operational L&D Business Partner

Location: Gurugram India

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operational Learning & Development (L&D) Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the learning and development strategy across the organization ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. This role involves partnering with various business units to identify training needs develop and implement learning solutions and measure their effectiveness to enhance employee performance and organizational capability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Partnership:
  • Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to understand the strategic goals and challenges of the organization.
  • Develop and implement L&D strategies that support business objectives and drive performance improvement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders providing insights and recommendations on L&D best practices.
Needs Assessment:
  • Conduct thorough training needs analyses to identify skills gaps and development opportunities.
  • Utilize data and feedback from performance reviews employee surveys and other sources to inform L&D initiatives.
Program Design and Delivery:
  • Design develop and deliver a variety of learning programs including onboarding leadership development technical training and soft skills enhancement.
  • Utilize various delivery methods such as elearning workshops coaching and blended learning approaches to ensure effective knowledge transfer and application.
Evaluation and Measurement:
  • Implement robust evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness and impact of L&D programs.
  • Analyze training metrics and feedback to continuously improve and optimize learning solutions.
  • Report on L&D outcomes and ROI to senior management and stakeholders.
Change Management:
  • Support organizational change initiatives by developing and delivering training programs that facilitate smooth transitions and enhance employee adaptability.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees during periods of change.
Technology and Innovation:
  • Stay current with L&D trends tools and technologies to ensure the organization adopts innovative and effective learning solutions.
  • Leverage learning management systems (LMS) and other technologies to enhance learning experience and streamline administrative processes.
Leadership and Coaching:
  • Mentor and coach managers and leaders to develop their capabilities in leading and developing their teams.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources Organizational Development Education or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 23 years of experience in Learning & Development with a proven track record in designing and implementing successful training programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles instructional design and training methodologies.
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant technologies.
  • Certification in L&D or related fields (e.g. CPLP SHRMSCP) is a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with a handson approach.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with a passion for learning and development.
  • Adaptable and open to change in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
