Job Description

Title UK Backend Executive (Immediate)

Location Chandigarh IT Park

Salary Up to 33k CTC Incentives up to 45k

5.5 days working Cabs (pick n drop) 9 hours Monthly rotational UK Shifts

Details:

Taking ownership of customer concerns and resolving in a professional courteous and efficient way.

Closing pending complaints after discussing with team.

Consistently demonstrating quality teamwork and positive attitude.

Preferred 6 months experience in International Customer Service.

Strong English communication skills required.

No sales/ Target

Immediate joining preferred.
