Responsibilities:
- Salesforce System Support:Investigate analyze and resolve issues and bugs within Salesforce Sales Cloud and its associated applications escalating complex issues as needed.
- Enhancement Collaboration:Support the development and deployment ofenhancementsto the Salesforce ecosystem working closely with stakeholders to ensure best practices and business needs are met.
- Quality Assurance:Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure they function correctly and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:Maintain clear documentation of issues solutions and best practices contributing to knowledge sharing andprocess improvementwithin the team.
- System Monitoring and Optimization:Monitor the performance of Salesforce systems proactively identifyingopportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Process Improvement:Contribute to refining and implementing operational processes and workflows enhancing overall team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Agile Participation:Actively engage in Agile ceremonies providing insights and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Salesforce Expertise:2 yearsof experience in Salesforce administration configuration or customization. Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Agile Methodologies:Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA/Confluence is a plus.
- Analytical and ProblemSolving Skills:Strong ability to analyze issues identify solutions and implementprocess improvements.
- Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written English skills to collaborate effectively with global teams.
- Proactive Learning:A motivated individual with a demonstrated desire toenhance skillsand grow professionally in a fastpaced environment.
- Team Player:Ability to work both independently on assigned tasks and collaboratively within a team to achieve shared goals.
