About the Role:
As a senior Vessel Designer / Checker Youll play a key role in the drafting team ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of vessel designs for highperformance industrial applications
What Youll Do:
- Design & Drafting: Create accurate 3D vessel models and detailed drawings using Cadworx 3D and AutoCAD
- Quality Control: Check and approve vendorsupplied vessel drawings ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Mentorship: Support junior and intermediate junior designers helping them grow in their roles
- Process Improvement: Develop and maintain vessel drawing standards while optimizing workflow and efficiency
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and vendors to streamline operations
Requirements
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in CADWorx 3D AutoCAD 2D & 3D) and vessel fabrication processes
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of vessel design and manufacturing best practices
- Attention to Detail: Ability to check and refine drawings with precision and accuracy
- Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication both individually and within a team
