As a Senior RevOps Analyst GTM Systems you will be a member of the RevenueOperations team responsible for the ongoing development and support of our GoToMarket systems at 1Password. This is a highimpact role responsible for translating business needs into scalable configurations including automations workflows user rolesdashboards and frameworks. You will be working closely with GTM leaders business unitssuch as Marketing Sales Customer Success Legal Finance and Product and various subject matter experts to identify configure and deploy new business processes.

This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.

What were looking for:

    • 5 years of experience in systems administration business systems support orMarketing/Sales/Customer Success operations with a strong foundation in nocode/lowcode platforms
    • 5 years of (Certified) Salesforce administration experience at a highgrowth SaaScompany
    • Proficiency in standard Salesforce functions especially in Sales Cloud. This includesnative and custom objects page layouts validation rules workflows alerts processbuilder actions 3rdparty technology integrations user management roles profilespermission sets sharing rules and security settings
    • An individual who has delivered numerous complex Salesforce projects and can talkthrough endtoend process from ideation to launch.
    • Working knowledge of Marketing tools (such as Marketo 6Sense Outreach etc.)data enrichment tools (ZoomInfo Clearbit etc.
    • Handson experience of Customer Success tools such as Gainsight (or a similar CSP)Front Cerb Zendesk etc.
    • Working knowledge of other operational tools such as Asana and Slack integrations; ability to configure or troubleshoot task automation and system handoffs
    • Experience working in an agile environment utilizing sandbox architecture tomanage releases.
    • You have a strong sense of prioritization with a bias towards collaboration and asense of urgency to deliver results.
    • You are comfortable with ambiguity and will drive towards simple solutions tocomplex problems.

What you can expect:

    • Collaborate with internal teams to translate business requirements into scalablefunctional and technical requirements with a focus on best practices and userexperience.
    • Customize and configure Salesforce to align with business requirements includingcreating and modifying fields page layouts and record types. Handle advancedtasks such as creating custom objects and complex workflow rules.
    • Develop and contribute to data migration and/or system integration strategy.
    • Configuration of Salesforce and related third party applications (Ex. MarketoGong Docusign Clearbit Front Netsuite etc.
    • Creating custom reports and dashboards as required.
    • Support post deployment activities including knowledge transfer processdocumentation and application bug fixes.
    • Identify and evaluate Salesforce efficiency helping to outline potential opportunitiesto streamline and improve processes. Implement process automations and othernew or enhanced features when necessary.
    • Perform audits of Production/Sandbox environments.
    • Review test and plan Salesforce regular release and packaged app updates.
    • Communication of any platform changes to end users and management.
    • Technical and training documentation.
    • Provide technical support for all Salesforce users.
    • Provide application support by analyzing defects replicating/fixing defects andproviding root cause analysis for defects.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve functional and performancerelated issues.
USAbased roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $92000 USD and $124000 USD plus immediate participation in 1Passwords benefits program (health dental 401k and many others) utilization of our generous paid time off an equity grant and where applicable participation in our incentive programs.

Canadabased roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $87000 CAD and $117000 CAD plus immediate participation in 1Passwords generous benefits program (health dental RRSP and many others) utilization of our generous paid time off an equity grant and where applicable participation in our incentive programs.

While we are a remotefirst company occasional travel for inperson engagement will be a part of this role. This may include but is not limited to biannual departmentwide offsites quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events will typically be held in varying locations across EMEA Canada and/or the USA. In leadership roles you can expect to travel once per month on average.
