Job Description
- Provide executive support to senior University staff members.
- Fulltime appointment on a fixedterm basis for 3 years.
- Base salary range: $91833 $97052 p.a. plus 17 superannuation.
About the area
The Graduate Research School (GRS) sits within the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Research) portfolio. The GRS provides strategic and academic leadership and management to enhance graduate research training at the University. The GRS manages Admissions Candidature Examinations and Scholarship allocations for HDR students and applicants as well as providing skills and professional development to both students and supervisors.
About the opportunity
- Provide comprehensive support to the Dean GRS Board and Committees ensuring smooth operations.
- Manage the GRS offices daily functions with efficiency and professionalism.
- Anticipate needs think critically and offer confidential solutions to challenges.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent competency.
- Substantial administrative experience at an appropriate level with the ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
