Job Description:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Floor Coordinator to oversee daily academic and administrative activities on a designated floor of the school. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between teachers students and school management to ensure smooth operations discipline enforcement and adherence to school policies.
Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations Management: Supervise the smooth functioning of classrooms faculty and student activities on the assigned floor.
- Teacher Coordination: Ensure teachers adhere to timetables classroom schedules and lesson plans effectively.
- Student Discipline & Monitoring: Maintain discipline enforce school policies and address behavioral concerns in collaboration with teachers and the school administration.
- Attendance Management: Monitor student and teacher attendance ensuring timely reporting and followups on absences.
- Communication Liaison: Serve as the point of contact between school management faculty and students for academic and operational concerns.
- Classroom Readiness: Ensure that classrooms are wellequipped maintained and conducive to learning.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing school events examinations competitions and extracurricular activities.
- Emergency Handling: Address student safety concerns report incidents and coordinate with staff during emergencies.
- Resource Allocation: Ensure teachers and students have access to necessary teaching aids materials and technology.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Education Administration or a related field.
- Experience:
- 3 years of experience in school coordination administration or a teaching role.
- Experience in classroom management school operations or faculty coordination is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office for documentation and reporting.
