About the Role
Due to our rapid growth and increasing demand we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Call Centre & Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this pivotal role you will serve as a vital touchpoint for our clients ensuring their journey with Dental Boutique is seamless and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and assist patients with enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Attract and onboard new patients ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
- Accurately collect and process client data across multiple Dental Boutique locations.
- Support daily operations through reception duties and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with and report to your coordinator to enhance service processes.
- Undertake additional tasks as directed to ensure exceptional patient experiences.
