- Recruitengage and launch CBMs
- Ensure that CBMs recruitappoint and train PFAs
- Ensure that CBMs work towards helping their PFAs achieve business targets
- Ensure that PFAs of CBMs have a healthy persistency
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum6years’workexperiencewith34years’experienceinsaleoflifeinsuranceproducts
- Past experience in managing High Performing LI agents(MDRTs/COTs/TOTs/ClubsMembers)
- Experience in managing and supervising teams of atleast 3 to 5persons
