**Job Title:** Sales Assistant **Location:** Miniso Trafford Centre Manchester **About Us:** Miniso is a global retail brand known for its affordable highquality lifestyle and home products. We are committed to providing our customers with stylish and innovative products that make their lives more enjoyable.**Position Overview:** We are looking for an enthusiastic and customerfocused Sales Assistant to join our team at the Trafford Centre location. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering a wonderful retail experience for every customer that walks through our doors. If you have a passion for retail and a flair for providing exceptional customer service we would love to hear from you!**Key Responsibilities:** Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and a friendly approachable demeanor. Provide product information and offer recommendations to enhance the customer shopping experience. Maintain the appearance of the store by keeping displays neat tidy and wellstocked. Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately. Help with inventory management including restocking shelves and organizing backstock. Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and build a supportive team environment. Stay informed about new product launches and promotions to effectively assist customers.**Requirements:** Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fastpaced environment. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
