(Hiring) Law Firm (Chief Operating Officer) COO
We are seeking a Law Firm COOto lead our company!You will help develop and executethe companys strategy and direction.
Responsibilities:
- Set the companys strategy and direction
- Create and build the companys culture
- Oversee and drive team to achieve mutually agreed goals
- Discuss company financials and roadmap with potential investors
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in executive management
- Must have 510 years plus experience as a COO @ a law firm or legal environment
- Strong leadership qualities
- Business Finance or legal Background
- Strong integrity and accountability
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to handle pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
