Barista

• Craft espresso drinks coffee and tea to perfection
• Embody the Savory spirit of warm hospitality and highquality service while maintaining a strong sense of professionalism
• Serve as a wealth of knowledge on all things coffee and tea to educate guests and team members as requested
• Promptly communicate any machine or tech issues inventory shortages or client dissatisfaction to the General Manager
• Support the catering attendants as necessary

• At least 2 years of experience in a highvolume environment crafting drinks using a manual espresso machine; brewing coffee and tea
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to utilize quick thinking and conflict resolution skills to resolve guest issues in accordance with the Savory brand standards
• You are a team player with a warm personality and honest values

• NY Food Handlers Certification or willingness to obtain one within one month of hire
• Capability to maintain a stationary position often standing for prolonged periods of time
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule daytime Monday Friday and occasionally including nights weekends or holidays

• Competitive hourly rate $20.00 commensurate with experience
