Job Description
Key responsibilities:
1. Take inbound calls and chats to understand customers requirements/needs
2. Connect with customers and offer them relevant solutions
3. Work on ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
4. Work on doing followups with customers
5. Work on crossselling relevant products to the customers in a way to increase the order value
6. Work on engaging the leads to drive up the sales
7. Work on handling endtoend queries of the customer
8. Work on creating and maintaining the clients database for future followups
9. Work on coordinating with the support and operations team
10. Ensure customers needs are met
11. Understand customers requirements/needs and help them accordingly
Requirements
Good communication . English & Hindi
Convincing skills
Negotiation skills
Customer Handling
Knowledge of MS Office
Listening skills
Experience of handling high call volume is preferred
