Job Summary:
The CT Technologist performs technical procedures applying ionizing radiation for the purpose of detecting pathology. Regulates equipment used to expose the xray image as well as process and organize the image in PACS.

Education Requirements:
Associate Degree or equivalent in Radiological Technology required
Knowledge of crosssectional anatomy and CT concepts to include head body MSK spine and chest imaging
Experience Requirements:
One year of CT experience preferred. Candidates DO NOT need to have acute care experience for the client hospital. However for the FSED opportunities they need to have acute care experience
Certification/Licensure Requirements:
FL State Registered Radiologic Technician License
Registered Radiographer (ARRT)
Registered Computerized Tomography Technician
Basic Cardiac Life Support or BCLS
