Role Responsibilities:
Lead a team of engineers building software for hospitals and patients that will make their lives easier.
Make key architectural decisions in various domains (backend frontend database infrastructure).
Provide coaching and feedback to engineers.
Find creative solutions to complex technical and product problems.
Guide engineers through complex technical projects.
Help hire and build out the engineering team as we scale.
Requirements:
2 or more years of experience managing a team of software engineers (leading both as people manager and in a technical capacity).
3 or more years of experience working as a full stack software engineer.
Strong skills in webbased APIs frontend frameworks and databases.
Logically think through complex problems and come up with effective solutions.
Exceptional communication skills for interfacing with both technical and nontechnical folks.
Demonstrated ability in effectively leading complex technical projects.
