We have been selected by an elite global law firm to recruit a Senior Manager Business Development Private Equity. The Senior Business Development Manager will work closely with practice leadership client coverage and development teams and operational teams across the firm to develop and execute on key business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Partner with group leaders to develop and implement annual marketing and business development plans and best practices.
- Industry Expertise: Be a subjectmatter expert for the group and have a strong understanding of industry participants competitors and firm clients. Stay up to date on trends and apply that knowledge to identify opportunities for promotion.
- Lead Generation and Championing Initiatives: Assist with crossdivisional strategy including lead generation mentoring feedback reporting and championing new efforts and/or initiatives.
- Content Development and Resource Management:Create and manage RFP responses customized pitches tombstones deal lists marketing collateral and thought leadership materials.
Credentials and Expertise:
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree is required preferably in marketing or economics.
- Experience: A minimum of 610 years of experience in business development & marketing research intelligence or relevant corporate finance experience in a law firm or professional services environment required.
- Interpersonal and Leadership Skills: Strong interpersonal skills are essential for success including the ability to work effectively with executive management and other senior business services professionals to create consensusbased support for strategies and processes.
- Planning and : Proven experience in planning developing andimplementing successful business growth strategiessupport programs and processes in a multipracticemultioffice international professional servicesenvironment is required.
