Substitute Educational Assistants
(Must be available to serve all wards)
Greater St. Albert Catholic Schools is located on the original lands of the Cree those of Treaty 6 and on the homeland of the Mtis nation. Position: Substitute educational assistants are needed to work in St. Albert Morinville and Legal.
Qualifications & Duties:
- Committed to being a model and witness to Christcentered education values and beliefs.
- Apply foundational knowledge about First Nations Mtis and Inuit for the benefit of all students and support the Divisions goals towards advancing Truth and Reconciliation.
- Preference will be given to applicants who have:
- Completed the Education Assistant Program at MacEwan University or equivalent post secondary training.
- Experience assisting with children with diverse needs.
- Nonviolent crisis intervention First Aid and CPR training would be an asset.
