Job Description
Village Greens ManagerInTraining Program allows selected college graduates seeking management careers in real estate to join the Company. After six months in a concentrated property management program managersintraining generally advance to a property manager position.
These associates receive handson practical leadership training in Marketing Financial Analysis Human Resources and other core curricula.
Managersintraining experience close mentoring from key Village Green executives and attend various business forums.
Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management Business Marketing or relative field
Demonstrate excellent customer service and leadership
The ability to multitask and have strong time management
Good supervisory and problemsolving skills as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks in an organized and efficient manner
An excellent understanding of accounting practices and procedures
Previous experience with Microsoft Word and Excel programs
