**Responsibilities**:
Guide customers through the sales process from vehicle selection to financing.
Deliver professional and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
Utilize Customer Relationship Management tools to effectively manage customer interactions.
Educate customers on the benefits of Salt Lake Valley Buick GMC.
Present deal structures and finance products to customers.
Maintain high customer satisfaction through followup and exceptional service.
Stay updated on new vehicle products features and accessories through ongoing training modules.
Represent the dealership and Salt Lake Valley Buick GMC Automotive Group with professionalism and integrity.
**Requirements**:
2 years of experience in customer service car sales or retail sales preferred.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid instate drivers license and a good driving record.
