A snapshot of some of the exciting things you will lead and do:

• Manage the companys capital structure to ensure ongoing funding requirements are met and at the lowest possible cost while maintaining operational flexibility. This will be achieved through indepth capital market monitoring lender relationship management and opportunistic and proactive financing activities. The Companys capital structure will include syndicated bank credit facilities operating leases and cash balances.
• The companys longterm debt will consist of a sustainability linked credit facility including a revolving line of credit and term loan.
• Provide leadership to the Treasury team in directing operational cash management cash forecasting custodial arrangements preparing internal and external financial reporting for treasury activities.
• Lead thinking in establishing new benchmarks for working capital for the the Company.
• Accountable for credit reviews and decisions regarding major customers.

• In partnership with the commodity risk management team lead the design and oversight of financial risk management including strategic policy development appropriate risk measurement and tolerance methodology and the control framework.
• Provide leadership in monitoring policy compliance the management of currency and interest rate exposures implementation of related policies and controls throughout the Company ensuring appropriate accounting for risk management activities.
• Develop corporate credit policy and provide leadership to operating finance teams in and compliance.

• Advise and recommend on funding matters.
• Provide leadership in the investment of pension assets which includes managing the relationship with the Companys Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO)

What you will bring:

• CA CPA or equivalent designation having worked in several finance leadership positions in the past.
• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of treasury operations ranging from cash pooling to working capital management external funding (short and long term) foreign exchange trading and risk management pensions planning & analysis and accounting & controls.

• Ability to develop a close working relationship with business partners in order to obtain a deep understanding of the business.
• Experience managing a team of professionals.
