Plan and implement various typesof campaigns but specific focus to be on performance marketing.
Research and implement emergingopportunities and technologies to achieve brand and marketing goals.
Identify target audience andascertain how best to communicate to that audience.
Analyse research and recommendtarget audiences characteristics behaviour interests and media habits
Monitor performance and evaluatethe effectiveness of campaigns through analysis of web analytics includingconsumer data and insights and use this data to tweak current campaigns andformulate future ones.
Execute all digital marketingplans as per approved plans in a timely efficient and effective manner withspecial focus onGoogle Adwords Linkedin ABM email campaignsSearch Engine Optimization Content Marketing and Social Media promotions.
Provide status reports campaignanalysis and insights and ROI reports linked to business objectives.
Responsible for ofonline newsletters promotional emails and other marketing communicationthrough various channels.
Daytoday monitoring andmanagement of digital media plans including changes budgeting executionoptimization and reporting.
Keeping uptodate on industrytrends new media buying opportunities and recommendations on new ways to reachtarget audience
Supervise the digital marketingteam.
Perform other duties and projectsas assigned
Prerequisites:(only the applicants meeting thetop 6 criteria will be considered).
Should have extensive knowledgeand working experience atleast 5 years in running campaignson Google & LinkedIn. (FB experience is preferred but not required).
Must have experience in running conversionbasedB2B campaigns (preferably for HEALTHCARE/Media).
Inbound Lead routing andautomation
Thorough knowledge about ABM ismandatory
Should have experience in inboundtraffic and cultivation of leads and sales.
Should have extensive SEO and optimizingUS based B2b domains/websites.
Should have atleast 3 years of provenSEM and SMO experience.
Google Ads & Hubspots InboundMarketing certified
Should have excellent Google Analytics& other platform skills
Proven track record of managingContent areas like Blogging Content Marketing Email Newsletters and Socialmedia calendar.
Experience in increasing qualityscore
Good reporting skills
Good time management skills
Excellent Communication skills
Should haveexperienced in the following platforms:
1. Google Analytics Heat map analysis and Hotjar
2. Google Ads
3. LinkedIn Campaign Manager
4. HubSpot or any equalling CRM
5. WordPress
6. Aweber Outreach Mail chimp or Zoho CRM For email marketing
7. Rollworks/Terminus/DemandBase or any equalant ABM tool(s)
8. Any retargeting tools/platforms
9. SEMRush Ahref & WebmastertoolsYext kind of local citation sites
