Job Description
Skills Required: Requires intense attention for safe environment. Good communication with patients of diverse age populuation and multitude of cultural/ethnic backgrounds to perform patient care tasks. Computer and Data entry. BLS/CPR certification must be obtained and maintained
Preferred: Medical terminology knowledge
Experience Required: Nursing Assistant EMT Paramedic or Armed Services Medic experience required
Education Required: High School or Equivalent with 1 years previous patient care experience or 6 months post high school technical training in health care.
The TNA provides direct patient care as delegated by a registered nurse. Responsibilities include routine care treatments procedures diagnostic tests and general support activities which facilitate quality patient focused care. Works in the partners in practice model in most settings.Employment Type
