SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR / VALUER Residential Estate Agency
Location: Harrow HA1
Salary: OTE 40k
Position: Permanent Full Time
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a market leading local Agent in the Harrow area as a Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer. This would ideally suit an individual with a solid Estate Agency background who is looking to take the next step in their career!
The ideal candidate will be an experienced and highly motivated Estate Agent capable of generating appraisals and winning instruction. You will need to provide first class customer service at all times and lead by example.
The perfect candidate for this Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer role will have significant experience in Estate Agency excellent listing experience and be looking to take the next step in your career.
Skills: The skills required for this Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer role will include:
- Previous residential sales experience essential
- Experience in valuations and gaining instructions essential
- Articulate and with excellent interpersonal skills
- High level of customer service skills
- Great telephone manner and positive attitude
- Exceptionally wellpresented ambitious and selfmotivated
- Knowledge of Harrow and surrounding area helpful
- Full Driving License essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
