2 year Fixed Term Contract: 35 hours per week Monday Friday covering core office hours between 8am and 6pm.

About the role

Always motivated to achieve brilliant standards of service ourHousing Partners are the first point of contact for our customers. As a Trainee youll shadow our Housing Partners ensuring the effective management and maintenance of tenancies whist working towards a vocational qualification in Housing. This involves working closely with the allocations and lettings team to onboard new tenants working with customers to set up payment plans if they fall into arrears managing antisocial behaviour and resolving customer complaints effectively. Youll develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners and build strong community bonds to make moments that matter every day.

Salary

The spot salary for this post is 23790 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants who do not meet all the requirements of the post will start 5 or 10 below the spot salary.

Youll also receive an additional 1250 essential car user allowance.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and relevant software systems such as housing management systems.
• Passion for delivering excellent services within a social housing environment with a customerfirst approach.
• Commitment to personal and professional development including willingness to pursue vocational qualifications and housing certifications.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and high performance with flexibility regarding work location and hours.
• This role requires extensive traveling across our Accent sites and estates and so a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.

This role is subject to a successful DBS check.
