Job Description

Customer Relations Manager
Hartford Cambridgeshire
Full Time Permanent
per annum (Plus commission)

The Role
AsCustomer Relations Manager you will be responsible for promoting the care homes services drivingoccupancy rates and establishing a trusted reputation within the community. Combiningmarketing customer service and relationship management skills youll connect families with the right care solutions helping them make informed decisions.

Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  1. Developing and implementingmarketing strategiesthat effectively showcase the care homes offerings and increase community engagement.
  2. Proactively drivingoccupancy ratesby connecting with potential residents and their families.
  3. Building and managing positive relationships withreferral networks families and community partnersto enhance the organisations presence.
  4. Organising tours events and promotional activities to reinforce the facilitys commitment to exceptional care.
  5. Overseeing marketing communications and materials to maintain a positive facility image.
  6. Collaborating with management to align marketing and customer engagement initiatives with organisational goals.

Travel:
This role may require occasional local travel for events meetings and community outreach. Therefore the successful candidate must be willing and flexible to travel regionally as and when required.

Job Criteria Essential:

  1. Proven experience incustomer relations or sales ideally within healthcare or residential care settings.
  2. Strong interpersonal andrelationshipbuilding skillswith a compassionate clientfocused approach.
  3. Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently.
  4. Knowledge oflead generation customer engagement and occupancy strategiesin a care setting.
  5. A commitment to helping families find the best care solutions for their loved ones.

Job Criteria Desirable:

  1. Background in elderly care or healthcare marketing.
  2. Familiarity with local care industry networks andreferral sources.
  3. Experience with event planning or promotional activities.
  4. Digital marketing skills.
