Job Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to champion the control and analysis of an issue from definition of root cause through to resolution using problem solving activities and facilitating crossfunctional team involvement.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Accurate problem definition

Root cause analysis & Champion assignment / buy in
