Location: Adelaide Metro SA Region

Role Highlights:

In this true business partnering role you will support the leadership teams at each site helping to align culture manage and streamline HR processes and influence positive change. With excellent support from a wider team and subject matter experts you will be instrumental in shaping HR strategy while working closely with site leaders to ensure cohesive and effective HR practices across the region.

Organisation

This business has a focus on manufacturing and engineering and has a diverse customer base which has evolved over recent years. With three sites currently across SAthe business is expanding. Thisis your chance to play a key role in supporting that growth aligning and streamlining HR at each site and fostering strong relationships at all levels with a consultative and agile approach.

Responsibilities

Youll report to the Regional Head of HR andyour responsibilities will be varied in nature. They will also evolve over time and the need to be agile is paramount. Your scope of duties will include:

  • Provide generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle including recruitment onboarding performance management and offboarding.
  • Act as a key point of contact for employee relations matters offering advice and ensuring compliance with workplace legislation.
  • Coach and support managers on HR best practices employee relations performance management and leadership development.
  • Manage WorkCover claims returntowork programs and injury management processes in line with relevant regulations.
  • Oversee workplace health and safety initiatives conducting risk assessments and promoting a safe work environment.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies procedures and compliance frameworks.
  • Coordinate learning and development activities in collaboration with the L&D Manager
  • Handle HR administration including maintaining HRIS preparing reports and ensuring documentation accuracy.
  • Support diversity equity and inclusion initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Lead or assist with organisational change projects engagement surveys and workforce planning.

Candidate Profile

Youll be a highly experienced HR Business Partner with a degree in Human Resources or a related discipline. Youll have strong generalist experience and the ability to work with a business in a truly collaborative nature. Youll ideally have experience working with a multi site business with different challenges opportunities andcultures. Youll have a natural ability to adapt your style but also the ability to influence stakeholders and support the implementation and embedment of larger HR strategy.
