We are now looking for a Commercial Manager to our Small Business customer segment who will design and drive connectivity services for the future. Are you the person we are looking for

As a Commercial Manager you will play a pivotal role within our Small Enterprise organization responsible for driving a portfolio of connectivity offerings within the business unit with great accountability for our success. This position involves comprehensive oversight of the offering portfolio including financial measuring and targeting sales steering and offering management.

The role is for a strategic thinker with strong business acumen who can balance financial objectives with operational excellence to enhance overall business performance. You will identify opportunities based on market insights. Set a plan deliver on the plan and follow up the result. Including developing longterm commercial strategies in line with company goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning and : Developing longterm commercial strategies and support our organization to stay focused on executing accordingly.
  • Commercial offering management: Working with offering management and analysis to ensure that both existing & future product offerings are aligned with market demands customer needs and contribute to overall profitability. Drive standard & campaign specific pricing for the offering portfolio.
  • Financial management and analysis: Lead the financial management of the offering portfolio including the development and oversight of P&L statements analyze financial data forecasting and revenue management.
  • Distribution optimization: Guide the organization in the most efficient distribution and sales channel mix for your products and services to ensure profitability.
  • Crossorganization collaboration: Collaborate with various departments (e.g. sales marketing product management finance operations) to ensure alignment of our commercial agenda.

Is this you
To be successful in this position we are looking for an experienced business person preferably with proven experience in Commercial/Business Management. Someone with an interest to make best use of technology for our customers benefit drive change and implement commercial plans effectively. Its important to have a deep understanding of sales dynamics and offering management to be able to take our services to the next level.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in commercial management.
  • Strong and proven financial acumen with experience in managing P&L.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • If you have experience from the Telecom industry we see this as a plus.
