Job Description
- Two opportunities available to drive strategic organisational development initiatives at a leading university.
- Influence leadership engagement and capability across UWA.
- Fulltime appointment on a permanent/ongoing basis.
- Base salary range: $129497 $137029 p.a. plus 17 superannuation.

People & Culture plays a critical role in supporting the Universitys strategic objectives by fostering a highperforming inclusive and engaged workforce. The Organisational Capability team leads initiatives to develop leadership enhance team effectiveness and drive cultural change ensuring UWA continues to thrive as a leading global university.
About the opportunity
- Lead the design and delivery of impactful leadership and organisational development programs.
- Partner with academic and professional staff to drive engagement inclusion and capability development.
- Shape and implement strategic People & Culture initiatives to support organisational success.
About you
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Organisational Psychology or a related field or demonstrated equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering organisational development strategies and interventions within complex organisations.
- Strong interpersonal consultation and negotiation skills to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Expertise in leadership development change management and talent development frameworks.
- Ability to manage projects and initiatives that drive a highperforming inclusive and engaged workplace.
Special Requirements
- Current National Police Clearance Certificate.
