Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain merchandise plans that align with sales and inventory objectives
- Analyze historical data and current trends to forecast future demand
- Collaborate with buying and merchandising teams to ensure product assortment meets customer needs
- Monitor inventory levels sales performance and pricing strategies to optimize profitability
- Identify opportunities for markdowns promotions and new product launches
- Provide recommendations for the allocation and replenishment of merchandise
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate performance metrics and recommendations to leadership
Requirements:
- Must have a B. Eng. Industrial Degree
- Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
