Job Description
Agency: Game Fish & Parks
Location:Pierre SD
Salary: $14.20 per hour
Description:
Main duties include fulfilling state park online entrance license purchases. Generates daily sales ledgers prints individual order confirmations fold insert and include appropriate license orders. Prepare orders for mailing and account for license inventory. Other duties include providing clerical support tasks such completing and processing forms; screening calls taking messages greeting clients referring people; collecting and depositing fees issuing receipts and refunds and balancing figures on monthly reports; sorting weighing metering or stamping picking up and distributing mail; and placing orders with established vendors.
General Requirements:
General office work providing support to administrative support staff.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of computers online ordering systems and mass mailing. Ability to sort and account for orders and inventory. Skilled in organization customer service and attention to detail.
Other Information: This is a seasonal position with variable hours dependent on workload. Workload is estimated to be 3040 hours per week during the months of MayJuly and 1020 hours during the off season.
