As a Senior Benefits Analyst you will play a vital role in supporting our clients group benefits consultant by managing financial reporting analyzing plan performance and ensuring the highest level of service for clients. You will collaborate with a team of professionals handle complex benefits plans and contribute to innovative solutions that enhance client satisfaction and optimize outcomes.

- Drive strategic impact Perform annual renewal analysis and negotiate with carriers to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
- Analyze and optimize benefits plans Conduct experience reporting budget projections and plan performance reviews.
- Shape the future of benefits Contribute to the design and management of group medical dental life disability and special risk benefits.
- Provide expert guidance Conduct market analyses compare costs and make strategic recommendations.
- Ensure seamless Assist with carrier/product implementations and review benefit booklets and contracts for accuracy.
- Be a trusted partner Build strong relationships with clients carriers and internal teams to drive success.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in group benefits with a deep understanding of the Canadian benefits landscape.
- Financial acumen Strong analytical skills and experience in benefits underwriting and financial reporting.
- Techsavvy mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Attention to detail Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Collaboration & communication A team player who thrives in both independent and crossfunctional environments.
