Job Description
- Join a collaborative team supporting academic and research excellence.
- Play a key role in enabling smooth operations across UWA Schools.
- Level 5 Parttime 0.9 FTE) appointment on a fixedterm basis through to March 2027.
- Commencing salary: $80243 p.a. (prorata) plus 17 superannuation.
About the area
College Services delivers academic and technical support across UWAs schools working closely with Heads of School academic staff and students. School Operations forms a critical part of this structureproviding highquality consistent administrative support to help deliver on the strategic and operational needs of each school. The team is committed to best practice continuous improvement and a strong service culture.
About the opportunity
- In this position you will plan coordinate and deliver a wide range of administrative functions that support the daytoday running of one or more schools.
- Youll collaborate closely with academic and professional staff across teaching research and engagement portfolios.
- Youll contribute to improving workflows and support school operations in alignment with UWAs goals.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and substantial administrative experience.
- Highly developed organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in systems and digital tools including Word Excel and online databases.
- The ability to use initiative respond to complex queries and work effectively in a collaborative team.
- A strong commitment to highquality customer service in a university environment.
Special Requirements
- This position may require occasional work outside standard hours to support school events or key academic deadlines.
