We have a great opportunity for a Recruitment Business Partner to join our People & Culture team.

About the role

Youll work side by side with hiring managers and senior leaders across a diverse portfolio to drive and develop talent strategies to attract the very best people and play a key role in shaping our recruitment approach to provide a seamless experience for our candidates whilst supporting our business to build a highperforming workforce.

Key responsibilities

  • Partnering with business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Managing and facilitating the endtoend recruitment process
  • Business partnering with hiring managers to ensure a fair and consistent process and providing recruitment expertise in relation to sourcing strategies interview processes and selection
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of strategic and aligned EVP
  • Proactively sourcing top talent through a variety of channels including LinkedIn job boards and networking
  • Using data and market insights to inform and improve hiring processes and decisionmaking
  • Championing diversity and inclusion across the recruitment process

About you

To be successful in the role youll need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources psychology a related field or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Business Partner in a similar role
  • Strong stakeholder management communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive results driven approach to hiring top talent
  • Knowledge of HRIS or recruitment systems experience with Employment Hero would be great
  • A passion for delivering a great candidate experience and building employer brand

You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident at the time of submitting your application and hold a current satisfactory National Police Clearance (within 12 months) or be willing to obtain prior to commencement.
