Job Description
The PreSurgical Coordinator is responsible for designing and establishing the infrastructure and operational framework of the preoperative readiness clinic to optimize patient outcomes and enhance surgical safety. Collaborates with outpatient surgery clinics multidisciplinary teams and organizational leadership to build relationships develop standardized workflows and implement evidencebased protocols aligned with clinical practice guidelines and community standards. Drives the strategic development of the clinic by investigating best practices recommending resource allocation and creating a robust system for presurgical care coordination. Oversees data collection and outcome tracking to refine processes and ensure continuous improvement serving as a key leader in fostering a highquality efficient presurgical program.
