Orland Toyota as part of the Kowalis Auto Group has open positions for Sales Associates. Candidates must have a great attitude be able to multitask during busy times and willing to be a part of a successful team.
All applicants must have a strong desire to succeed. Our aggressive pay plan is designed to take the driven Sales associate to the next level.

Responsibilities
- Conduct business in a variety of traditional and nontraditional methods such as email telephone and inperson appointments
- Answer incoming sales calls with the objective of setting up an appointment
- Monitor and contact internet leads from our website dealer manufacturer and third party sites
- Determine each customers vehicle needs by listening and answering questions
- Set and confirm appointments follow up for each shown or missed appointment
- Maintain accurate and updated website specials current incentives etc.
Qualifications
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Excellent communication skills including phone email text video calls and social media
- Strong customer service skills
- Positive attitude
- Self motivated while working with a team
- Organized process and task driven
- Driven to exceed customer expectations
- Professional wellgroomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license
- Bilingual is preferred
- Strong computer and tech skills required
