The opportunity:
Join our team as an Operations Specialist working on a 2 weeks on 1 week off roster. Lead daily service operations ensuring driver performance meets client standards. Youll be involved in:
- Driving high safety standards and safe work practices whilst maintaining and improving operational efficiencies.
- Performing assessments to ensure drivers are not fatigued or otherwise unfit for duty.
- Ensuring drivers comply with expectations and escalate issues as required.
- Proactively contributing to the safety culture.
- Monitoring and ensuring quality standards of fleet are maintained.
- Effective shift handovers ensuring clear communication of priorities and issues
- Responding to driver and daily activity enquiries including roster and service enquiries
The boxes youll tick:
- Proactive problemsolving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- HR licence and 3 years commercial vehicle drivers licence including current Drivers Authority
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and the ability to quickly master companyspecific systems and processes.
- Willingness to work 2:1 roster (alternative to a 2:1 roster will be considered)
