California Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy is hiring for a Per Diem Floating Physical Therapist to support our outpatient ortho clinics in Camarillo Northridge and Valencia.
Salary Range: Negotiable and highly competitive!Salary Range $50 to $60 Hourly. Individual salaries dependent on location experience and job related factors.

Position Summary:
Our team is looking for someone to cover vacations/calloffs in the Simi Valley region (Camarillo Northridge Valencia).
- Provide Physical Therapy to patients in an outpatient setting
- Create individualized care plans for each treatment
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimize care
- Grow relationships with your staff and the community you support
- Utilize a stateoftheart EMR for documentation reporting and data collection
- Comply with all federal state and insurancebased rules and regulations
Qualifications:
- Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Current State licensure for the practice of physical therapy.
