Lifesteps is hiring a FullTime Direct Care Supervisor in Indiana PA.

Position Summary:
The Supervisor provides a high level of quality care to individuals while ensuring that each individual is treated with respect and dignity. Improves the quality of life for each individual by assisting them in learning to live and function as independently as possible in their home and community. In addition the Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and handling the daytoday activities of the Community Home. This position is responsible for the direct supervision of all house staff. The Supervisor functions as a Residential Companion and is part of the direct care team.
This fulltime position works a schedule of daylight shifts 7am to 3pm.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
High School Diploma/GED and three 3 years experience working in a human service or related field
Current drivers license and auto insurance
Must be able to lift 200lbs with assistance
Must be able to obtain clearances (FBI child abuse and PA criminal)
Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Preferred:
Associate Degree or equivalent credits 60 and 2 years of experience working in a human service Special Education or related field
Bachelors Degree and 1 year experience working in a human service or related field
Supervisory experience and knowledge ofand/or 2380 regulations (or equivalent regulations).
