Job Description
Duties And Responsibilities
The Program Liaison will liaise with MilTechs team and military customers to satisfy project and customer requirements including but not limited to the following: Act as primary resource for general project operational inquiries and information and as reporting liaison for specific MilTech projects with military customers ensuring proper reporting and scheduling of activities metrics and results to the DOD customer and others are completed as required. Proactively maintain and organize metrics project status reports and action items project documents contract vehicles and other relevant data. Communicate project activities duedates and budget status and provide monthly reports back to the Team Lead for submission to the customer. Organize and deliver reports and briefings as needed to support project objectives. Effectively communicate project status and requirements to key stakeholders as required by MilTech Engineering and Project Management teams. Assist in managing project schedule(s) including tracking action items and dueouts coordinating with the MilTech Engineers and other government and civilian partners. Coordinate with MilTech MSU and external personnel to track the procurement of necessary supplies goods and services in accordance with applicable State and Federal guidelines to ensure successful of MilTech projects. Assist with establishing and maintaining organizational structures to continually improve project data management processing and communication across MilTech teams government customers and external vendors. Positively represent the MilTech program capabilities and industry relationships. This position is covered by the Montana State University telework policy; the ability to work effectively and efficiently from an alternative worksite is a required qualification of this position.
