This position is responsible for supporting service center employees focused in the areas of technology procedures sales and service best practices. The Retail Education Liaison I will provide this support in a variety of modes which include formal classroom training (including virtual facilitation) facilitating morning meetings at service centers and on-the-job mentoring of employees. This position is responsible for coordinating with LCE and service center leadership and other stakeholders to carry out employee programs to ensure employees acquire the knowledge and skills to perform job functions effectively and meet high standards of member service.
Essential Functions
- Service Center Support: Work in collaboration with the leadership of assigned service centers to develop and facilitate content and activities designed to train on technology procedures sales and member service in the service center. This includes morning meetings virtual and in-person training and service center visits focused on coaching and mentoring frontline staff. Work in collaboration with the leadership of assigned service centers to provide mentoring to service center staff on technology sales and service best practices with guidance from service center leadership. Work with Retail leadership and other stakeholders to identify Ent best practices for technology sales and service in order to provide consistent messaging and support to individual service centers with guidance from service center leadership.
- Preparations to facilitate classroom content including review and study of the content and activities. Facilitation including virtual facilitation of formal classroom curriculum to a high standard.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Working collaboratively with Retail leadership Workforce Belonging partners and extended Learning Culture & Engagement staff.
- Travel: In order to provide on-the-job support for service centers this role is responsible for traveling to multiple service centers on a weekly basis as well as regional work sites such as headquarters in Colorado Springs and the Northern Operations Center in Denver. The position may be based out of HQ or the NOC or specifically assigned service centers.
- General Administrative Work: In order to support the main responsibilities of this role some time will be spent attending meetings communicating with peers and stakeholders and accomplishing other administrative tasks.
- Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Ent policies and procedures and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.
Qualifications :
Minimum Formal Qualifications for this Position
- Associates Degree in Finance in Communications Teaching (especially Adult Education or Workforce Education) Training and Development Instructional Design Human Resource Development Organizational Leadership and Business Administration.
- 2 years in retail delivery and/or financial services (Required)
- 1 years facilitating training mentoring and/or coaching adult learners with a strong emphasis in sales/service training and program coordination (Preferred)
Technical or Specialized Knowledge/Skills:
- Knowledge of and ability to operate (or able to quickly learn) all Ent processes and systems that our Member Service Representatives are required to know.
- Knowledge of financial services industry.

Additional Information :
The pay range for this position is: $26 to $29 per Hour (S13)
Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience specific skills and competencies education certifications and internal pay equity.
This position is eligible for our corporate bonus program based on company performance.
