Job Summary:
The ideal candidates daytoday activities would primarily revolve around assisting customers via
phone calls. This involves answering incoming calls promptly and professionally actively listening to
customer concerns and providing accurate solutions. You will need to diagnose issues troubleshoot
technical problems and guide customers through using products or services. Efficiently documenting
customer interactions and solutions is crucial as is collaborating with team members and other
departments to address complex problems. Additionally you will participate in ongoing training to
enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills. Meeting quality and performance
metrics managing your shift effectively and maintaining a positive attitude while handling customers
inquiries are all integral parts of your role.
