Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reconcile and prepare daily cash deposits
- Reconcile and process daily credit card deposits
- Reconcile daily parts and service transactions
- Manage monthly insurance billing
- Post accounts payable invoice.
- Provide backup support for the switchboard and cashier functions
- Perform various clerical and administrative duties
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by management
- Train to support monthly bank and floor plan reconciliations
REQUIREMENTS
- Teamoriented attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational communication and computer skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Advanced proficiency with computer software (e.g. Microsoft Office)
- Experience with general office equipment (copiers fax machines etc.
- Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks with manual dexterity
PAY: $1822/hour
