Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• As the manager you will lead the buying planning and allocation strategy for your designated category.
• Create manage and forecast the Open to Buy (OTBs) continually evaluating sales and receipts to ensure seasonal sales and sell through targets are met.
• Work in partnership with director and merchandising team to build assortment strategies supporting business needs by region and channel.
• Create manage and forecast the categorical Merchandise Financial Plan (MFP) that aligns to topline financials and strategic growth strategy.
• Build crossfunctional partnership throughout the commercial and Canada Goose organization where you can effectively communicate the needs for your merchandise category.
• Continually analyze business performance mitigating potential inventory risks and identifying sales opportunities for the global omnichannel business.
• Manage weekly and monthly financial reporting and analysis delivering to key stake holders.
• Coach and develop team providing them with actionable feedback.
• Take the opportunity to participate in and champion projects.

Experience Education and Designations:

• 5 years of planning experience
• Omni Channel experience
• Bachelors degree preferred
