Job Description
Are you an experienced Family Law Litigation Attorney with a passion for advocating for families during their most challenging times Our prestigious law firm is actively seeking a talented attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team immediately. As a key member of our legal team you will play a crucial role in handling family law cases while working alongside a group of dedicated and supportive lawyers.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110000 to $185000 commensurate with experience and expertise. Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in family law litigation matters including divorce child custody alimony child support and other related legal proceedings.
- Conduct legal research gather evidence draft legal documents and provide expert counsel to clients throughout the litigation process.
- Advocate for clients in court mediation and other dispute resolution proceedings to ensure their rights and interests are protected.
- Collaborate with a team of 3 to 4 lawyers to strategize and develop effective legal solutions for our clients.
- Stay uptodate with changes in family law regulations precedents and industry trends to provide the most accurate and relevant legal advice.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from and a valid license to practice law in California
- 2years of experience as a Family Law Litigation Attorney demonstrating a strong track record of successful case outcomes.
- Exceptional research writing and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment and independently manage a caseload.
- Strong interpersonal skills empathy and the ability to handle sensitive family matters with compassion and discretion.
